Unlike traditional bending x-rays of the spine in which patients are free to bend as much or as little as they want, VMA testing assist patients through a complete spine bend, helping to gently overcome the "guarding" that often occurs during painful spine bending, helping to assure instability does not go undetected.

VMA testing was validated in the largest level 1 Evidence study of its kind to be 500% more sensitive in detecting lumbar radiographic instability, but just as specific.

 Electroencephalograms (EEGs) have been used for decades to help neurologists diagnose epilepsy, but by analyzing the electrical activity of the cerebral cortex via electrodes on the scalp and advanced algorithms, quantitative EEGs can provide even more information about brain wave patterns, the connectivity of the brain, and which brain regions may be "misfiring." This non-invasive form of neuroimaging guides patient-specific neurofeedback. It is also used to measure progress and is often done at the beginning and end of every treatment program. 

 The EYE-SYNC® technology measures the variance of our synchronization abilities, or how much error is produced when interacting with visual cues. Each assessment is designed to identify the quality of performance with respect to synchronizing eye movement with a moving object, or gaze fixation, which is required when we are in motion. Both represent the process of synchronization that the brain performs using our eyes, over and over again throughout our lifespan.

Conditions such as ADHD, concussion, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurodegenerative disorders all have unique eye movement related synchronization deficits that underscore the condition, providing a biomarker of impairment and/or pathology.
